💳 Billing & Plans
All billing for paid plans is handled by Shopify. Charges appear on your standard Shopify invoice. You don't need to enter separate payment details — Shopify manages it automatically as part of your store's subscription.
Open the app in your Shopify admin and navigate to the Billing page. You can upgrade or change your plan from there. Changes take effect immediately and Shopify adjusts your billing accordingly.
Refund requests are subject to Shopify's billing policies. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee refunds outside of what Shopify's policies allow.
⚡ Usage Limits
Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period. For monthly plans, this is monthly. For annual plans, the full annual limit applies for the year. Your current usage and reset date are visible in the app.
Each AI title suggestion that is generated counts as one optimization against your plan limit, regardless of whether you approve or reject it. Viewing a title's score without requesting a suggestion does not count.
The app will notify you when you're approaching or have reached your plan's limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan for more optimizations, or wait for your limit to reset next billing period.
📲 Install & Uninstall
Find AI Product Title Optimizer on the Shopify App Store and click "Add app." You'll be redirected to grant the required permissions. Once approved, the app is available in your Shopify admin.
Go to your Shopify admin → Apps → find AI Product Title Optimizer → click Delete. This will remove the app and cancel any active subscription. Shopify will process the billing adjustment according to their policies.
The app requires permission to read and write your product data (to fetch and update titles), read your shop info, and manage billing subscriptions through Shopify's API. These are the minimum permissions needed for the app to function.
🗑️ Data Deletion
When you uninstall the app, we begin the process of deleting your store's data, including your optimization history, settings, and usage records. Deletion is processed after a short retention period to handle any edge cases.
Email us at [email protected] with your shop domain and a data deletion request. We will process your request and confirm when deletion is complete.
🤖 AI Suggestions
AI-generated suggestions are based on your product title and description, but they're not always perfect. Always review suggestions before applying them. If a suggestion doesn't fit, click "Reject" and the title remains unchanged.
The AI only processes data for the specific product(s) you request an optimization for. It does not scan your entire catalog proactively. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how product data is handled.
Yes. After receiving an AI suggestion, you can edit the proposed title before applying it to your product. You're always in control of the final title.
🏪 Shopify Permissions
Write access is required so the app can apply approved title changes directly to your products in Shopify. Without this permission, the app could only show suggestions but not update titles.
No. Every title change requires your explicit approval. The app generates suggestions for your review — you click "Apply" to update a title. No automatic or background changes are made to your products.
