Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Product Title Optimizer application (the "App") provided by ENOL LLC ("Enol Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the App, you ("Merchant" or "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

AI Product Title Optimizer is a Shopify application that helps merchants analyze, score, and generate improvement suggestions for product titles using AI. You may use the App for your own Shopify store in accordance with these Terms and Shopify's Partner Program policies.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the accuracy of your store's product information
• Reviewing all AI-generated title suggestions before applying them to your store
• Ensuring that any titles applied through the App comply with applicable laws and platform policies
• Your use of any features or outputs provided by the App

2. Account and Access

Access to the App is granted through Shopify's OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Shopify Billing

Paid plans for AI Product Title Optimizer are billed through Shopify's subscription billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your account according to the plan pricing.

• Charges will appear on your Shopify invoice
• ENOL LLC does not process or store your payment card information
• Subscription management (upgrade, downgrade, cancellation) is handled through Shopify's admin
• Pricing may change. Current pricing is shown in the App and on the Shopify App Store listing
• Refund requests are subject to Shopify's billing policies

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated title suggestions are recommendations only. The App uses AI to suggest improved product titles based on your product data. By design, you review and approve every suggestion before it is applied to your store. The App will not modify your product titles automatically without your explicit action.

You acknowledge that:

• AI suggestions may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your products
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any title before applying it to your Shopify store
• We make no representations about the quality, accuracy, or commercial effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions

5. No Guarantee of SEO Rankings or Sales

AI Product Title Optimizer helps you improve the structure, length, and readability of product titles. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant:

• Any improvement in search engine rankings or search visibility
• Any increase in organic traffic, conversions, or sales
• That optimized titles will perform better than your original titles in any marketplace or platform

Title quality is one factor among many in ecommerce performance. Results vary by store, niche, market, and many factors outside our control.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate or apply misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent product titles
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or servers
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the App in ways that violate Shopify's terms of service or partner policies

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and underlying systems, is owned by ENOL LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your Shopify store during the period your subscription is active.

Your product data remains your property. You grant us a limited license to access and process your data as necessary to provide the App's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ENOL LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or sales
• Loss of data or product information
• Damage to your store's reputation or search rankings
• Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated suggestions

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (via Shopify) in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including in cases of violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends. We will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ENOL LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
